Once ordered, slaughtering will be conducted in Australia per the Islamic method to arrive within a few days with an average weight of 16Kg per carcass and meat ratio over 50%. Expiry dates between 14 to 60 days for fresh and chilled meat and 6 months for the frozen
Slaughtering, Cutting, Packing & Delivery
Based on the wholesale client requirement; HFC can deliver a packed carcass to the customer premises. The client can have the other parts such as the head, legs, liver, kidney & internal parts based on his request.
